Autonomous Electric Vehicle

We aim to conduct taxi operations using an autonomous electric vehicle. However, since the current autonomous electric vehicle is a beta test version, it cannot move once the battery is fully depleted. Given the positions of impassable walls and the locations of m passengers on an n×n grid road, we want to determine if it is possible to pick up all passengers with the given battery capacity.
