Artistic Value

Artist Sam has developed an algorithm to evaluate the artistic value of a painting. For convenience, consider the painting as an n×n grid, where each cell's color is represented by a number between 1 and 10, inclusive, to apply this algorithm.

Below is an example of a 5×5 painting.
